THE ROASTERY
Our coffee is freshly roasted in our roastery in Prague, where tradition meets precision.
Every batch is handled by experienced roasters who understand how to bring out the best in each coffee—whether it’s a delicate Yemeni microlot or a bold offering from elsewhere in the world. We roast to highlight origin character, balance, and clarity, ensuring that every cup tells the story it was meant to tell.
OUR MISSION
At Tribes of Mokha, our mission is to help restore Yemeni coffee to the world coffee map—where it rightfully belongs.
Yemen is the birthplace of coffee cultivation, yet today its coffees are often overlooked due to conflict, instability, and lack of access. We’re here to change that. By working directly with Yemeni farmers and cooperatives, we aim to spotlight their craftsmanship, preserve ancient traditions, and create sustainable pathways forward.
While Yemen is our heart and starting point, we also collaborate with producers from other origins who share our commitment to quality, transparency, and ethical sourcing. From seed to cup, we prioritize long-term relationships built on trust and mutual respect.
