Shipping policy

We specialise in quality freshly roasted Specialty Coffee which we deliver packed to your Home, Cafe or Office.

Our coffee is roasted every second and last Monday, packed and shipped within 48-72 hours after roasting  – this schedule is subject to change according to the demand.

Currently, Tribes of Mokha offers shipping within EU (Austria, Belgium, Czechia, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Hungary, Italy, Ireland, Latvia, Lithuania,  Luxembourg, Malta, Montenegro, Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland).

We offer free EU shipping for orders over 30€.

Shipments to the EU zone are performed by PPL or Zasilkovna.

We are also shipping to Middle East countries (Bahrain, Iraq, Jordan, Kuwait, Lebanon, Oman, Qatar, Saudi Arabia, United Arab Emirates).

Shipments to the MIddle East are 25 €. If you order more than 1,5 kg, the price of shipping is 15 €.

Kindly note, that the above conditions and rates apply to orders under 5 kg. For orders over 5 kg the mode of transportation will be negotiated with the buyer through e-mail. In the event that the mode of transportation contracts based on the special request of the buyer, the buyer bears the risk and any additional costs associated with this mode of transport.
