A high-altitude natural from Idido, Yirgacheffe, produced by smallholder farmers working with Mikiyas Bogale. Grown at 2,000–2,200 masl from traditional Ethiopian heirloom varieties and carefully dried as whole cherries on raised African beds.


Light filter roast, very clean and delicate with light floral notes. Natural process so medium acidity and retains a nice juicy body and lots of sweetness. Best for hand brew and lovers of very light roasts.
