This natural-processed Grade 1 lot delivers a vibrant and fruit-forward cup with notes of blackcurrant, grape, plum, grapefruit, and milk chocolate—a bold yet refined expression of Gotiti’s high-elevation terroir.
Though Gotiti is located in the Gedeb district of Ethiopia’s Gedeo Zone, just south of the Yirgacheffe region, its coffees are often labelled Yirgacheffe Gotiti due to their striking similarity to the classic Yirgacheffe
profile. Grown at 2,110 masl, Gotiti’s coffees reflect the floral elegance and complexity associated with Yirgacheffe, while offering a flavour signature that is uniquely its own.
